Free Consultations
All my services begin with a free, no-obligation consultation, where we will discuss your needs, requirements, and goals and I will advise on whether planning permission is required or the way forward for an appeal, listed building application or enforcement matter. We’ll work together on gathering the relevant information needed to move the project forward.
I can manage the whole planning process for you and can even liaise with other specialist consultants for services that I can't personally provide. My services are similar for appeals, enforcement matters, seeking prior approvals, listed building consent, change of use and certificate of lawfulness applications.

Appeals and Processes
There are four types of planning appeals:
- Householder Appeal
- Written Representation
- Informal Hearing
- Public Inquiry
These are different processes. Householder Appeals are the most simple, then Written representations; informal hearings are a little bit more complex and use more experienced Inspectors, it is where all parties sit in front of the Inspector to present their cases; and a public inquiry is more complex and court-like involving legal counsel.
