Monmouth Listed Building Consent
Listed Building Consent achieved in Monmouth Conservation Area for conversion of outbuilding to residential and internal alterations.
Buckinghamshire Agricultural to Campsite Consent
I have worked closely with Orchard View Farm on a number of projects, including achieving consent for the change of use to allow a campsite on the land, consent for new agricultural buildings and winning an appeal for residential occupation on the land.
Bicester New Dwelling
A project that took longer than it should have because Cherwell District Council refused planning permission, unreasonably in my opinion, and an appeal was necessary. The appeal was successful.
